What happens if I am unable to attend the appointment?

If you inform us at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment time, we can reschedule your appointment to another date and time which is mutually convenient and within a maximum period of 21 days. Please note that only rescheduling is possible. A refund is not possible under any circumstance. If an appointment is canceled without a 24-hour notice period, a new consultation appointment has to be booked.
