This may occur if the connection between the website and the payment gateway is interrupted. If your account has been debited but the status is still Pending, the payment gateway typically confirms all successful transactions by the next day. Once confirmation is received, the order status will be updated to Processing (Confirmed). If confirmation is not received, the debited amount is usually refunded to your account within 5–7 working days.
